1. Ballongen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00f6rest\u00e4ll dig att din mage \u00e4r en ballong. Andas in och dra in luft s\u00e5 att magen fylls med luft. K\u00e4nn sp\u00e4nningen i n\u00e5gra sekunder och l\u00e5t sedan magen sjunka ihop n\u00e4r du andas ut. Upprepa samma sak under hela \u00f6vningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. H\u00f6ger och v\u00e4nster<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

H\u00e5ll f\u00f6r din v\u00e4nstra n\u00e4sborre och andas in genom den h\u00f6gra. Andas ut genom v\u00e4nster n\u00e4sborre medan du h\u00e5ller f\u00f6r den h\u00f6gra. T\u00e4pp till b\u00e5da n\u00e4sborrarna medan du vilar ett par sekunder och repetera sedan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
