\u00d6vningar f\u00f6r tr\u00f6tta h\u00e4nder<\/h2>\n

N\u00e4r du skriver p\u00e5 tangentbordet eller anv\u00e4nder datormusen f\u00f6r att klicka sp\u00e4nner du dina h\u00e4nder i stort sett konstant. Eftersom r\u00f6relsen du g\u00f6r d\u00e5 \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt monoton s\u00e5 \u00e4r det inte konstigt att du f\u00e5r tr\u00f6tta h\u00e4nder. L\u00e4gg dessutom till att dessa r\u00f6relser utf\u00f6rs flera dagar i veckan, och m\u00e5nga veckor per \u00e5r.  Som tur \u00e4r kan du motverka tr\u00f6tthet i h\u00e4nderna med n\u00e5gra enkla \u00f6vningar:<\/p>\n

\u00d6vning 1: H\u00e5ll handflatorna mot varandra. Pressa v\u00e4xelvis fingrarna bak\u00e5t med hj\u00e4lp av den andra handen.<\/p>\n

\u00d6vning 2: H\u00e5ll h\u00e4nderna framf\u00f6r dig. Spreta med fingrarna (som i Blinka lilla stj\u00e4rna-ramsan!)<\/p>\n

\u00d6vning 3: Fatta tag om \u00f6vre handens fingertoppar med den andra handen. Dra fingrarna bak\u00e5t mot kroppen.<\/p>\n
